I offer one to one mentoring for a number of situations. It may be that you’d welcome support with establishing or developing a regular mindfulness or self-compassion practice following training – whether your training was recent or some time ago. Or it may be you’re navigating some challenges and would like one to one support with how best to resource yourself mindfully and compassionately. Or it may be you’d like time and space to chew over training opportunities if you’re drawn towards teaching mindfulness and/or self-compassion.
Mentoring is usually offered via Zoom, but can be via phone or face to face by arrangement. These sessions are usually arranged on an ad hoc basis depending on your needs. Do get in touch if you think this might be helpful in your current situation.
