These drop in sessions are aimed either to introduce you to or support you in mindfulness practice.
Practising with others and with some guidance is an excellent way to keep our practice of mindfulness fresh and alive. Whether you’ve attended an eight week course, or perhaps are new to mindfulness and just wanting to get a feel of what it’s all about, these sessions provide an opportunity for you to ‘plug in’ and practice with others.
There is also a little time for sharing and discussion around mindfulness themes.
